No. The battery packs in your Wheel pose a serious and immediate danger. For the safety of yourself, your family, and your property, they must be disposed of immediately. Multiple reports have indicated that Wheels can catch fire without warning, so it is essential to remove the battery packs as soon as possible.
The top priority is to remove the battery packs from your home as soon as possible. If you are having trouble finding a disposal site, we will try to explore alternative options, but in the meantime, it is important to remove the battery packs from your home immediately.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a trade-in program at this time due to the financial strain of undertaking this recall. We have not received any support from Begode in any form.
Our top priority is to serve our customers. If there are sufficient supplies of battery packs remaining or available in the next production run, we will try to accommodate requests from individuals who were not originally our customers.
